The pandemic surely has been a challenge not just to our daily lives but to our work routines too. Here are some creative ways your business can keep teams connected, engaged, and motivated.
Keep the conversation going. Check in on your teammates and ask how they are doing, how their family is doing. Showing a genuine interest in the lives of your employees outside of work can form a bond that employers need in order to build trust and loyalty. Don’t just send an email, pick up the phone and have a real conversation.
