2022 Year in Review: Our Favorite Print Applications
We can’t believe how fast 2022 flew by! We’d like to take this time to reflect on our successes and changes this past year.
Clever Applications from 2022:
Photo Collage Walls
Our clients loved using photo collages to share their brand story. It is a great opportunity to display your history, community, values, mission, and the human side of your brand.
Photo wall at the National Geographic office
Sepia toned history photo mural for Sunrider Corporation
Out-of-the-Box & Custom Shapes
Sometimes you have to break out of the box to share the message you really want with your audience. Maybe you have a distinctive space to fill, or a story that can’t be told in traditional print expressions. Custom or unique pieces are perfect for an experiential event or a playful way to advertise and share information.
SEG Houses for an experiential event
Rituals holiday trees for a charity event
NY Academy of Medicine pillars that spin
We see QR codes popping up everywhere nowadays and it’s a great way to add technology and interaction to your print project. It’s one of the fastest ways to engage your audience by using the code to link to resources like a website, menu, or PURL (personalized URL).
Flowcode garage door featuring QR codes
Nothing says “custom” like your very own pattern, designed and produced in-house by us. It’s an instantly recognizable graphic that is unique to your brand. And you won’t see any of your competitors with it.

We Also Had Some Big Changes
We got a new roomie! Our Maryland office moved into a new location in Metro DC with our sister company, Vomela Commercial Group.
You might have noticed a refresh on our new website, with galleries to inspire your next project.
We celebrated The Vomela Companies’ 75th. We are proud to be part of the Vomela family with our huge network of printers and installers in North America.
Pantone Color of the Year
And last but not least, we want to share the Pantone® color of the year: Viva Magenta! As you can tell from our logo, we love red, so we are thrilled with the deep hue for 2023. And we like to think we were ahead of the trend.
